Here's some progress, siding up and complete, shutters up, sidewalls and stemwall placed in attic. Roofing and ridge vent completed. All we're waiting on now is garage doors, and a railing for upstairs stairs. Pics below:

It's been a few days since I last posted, the vinyl siding was backordered since "mist" is an apparently odd color, but here are some pics of the progress today, we're getting there, the end is in sight then it's to the inside.

When I bought my house due to having no basement I knew eventually I wanted to build a detached garage in addition to the existing 2 car garage i Have with the house. In the end I will have 576 square feet downstairs, with the attic trusses 14x20 feet of usable space plus another 50 square...

We have stairs at last, views below. Also some views of upstairs with windows installed.

My builder subcontracts with the door installation to Yoders doors in LAurel, DE, I believe.

Here are some more pics i forgot to include. Also included some pics of the electric I had the electrician run for me when they put my pool in a few years ago. I have a double breaker 30 amp switch in my 100 amp pool subpanel, so I should just be able to drop another piece of pvc pipe and tie...

Its been a few days since i've been able to post pictures due to my schedule. We've made progress, the roofing is almost done since they ran out of shingles the other day :sad: , what can you do, so roofer has to come back out and finish. We've got the house wrap up, the windows, and exterior...

Here are the stair "drawings" from the blueprints, pretty generic but all I got for now, I'll post pics when it's finished, essentially its 3 stairs up, a small landing, then 12 additional steps, my downstairs has 11 foot walls once all is said and done, plus the height of the trusses, I laugh...

I ve learned the hard way that the only way to ensure a good picture is to use my digital camera and manually upload the pictures that way, the pictures seem to come out funny when I try to use my iPad, odd.

Sheating on the roof, roofers should be here Saturday, put the felt underpayment, and shingle this bad boy. All that's left is siding, Windows, garage and rear entry Door and then she will be all done, I can't wait.......:lol_hitti.
