In my 30x40 I had the rafters built to have a loft. 7x12x40 room. It's awesome!

Off placed outlets
My outlets are all 20a. 4 feet apart, yes 4, lots! 220 for welder. Big wire run for car lift. Big wire run for furnace.

Trump just put a 20% tariff on all sw imports from Canada, well NB anyway. Not gonna do prices any good. Everything ends up at the consumer.

Slab poured- looked great til the sealer
Mine was blotchy too. Eventually came out even withing the year. Just reapplied sealer. 2 coats. Diamond something.

Colour is granite. Doors are 10x9. Ceiling is 11' I believe. I don't think I would have done anything different. I would have made the 4th door maybe. Lol Would have loved to have someone else do all the work. But I saved at least 50%.
