    Nepros Baby Ratchets

I haven’t had any issues. Comparable to other tool truck brands

    Nepros NBR290 strength and durability?

I have one of the proto precision’s, and it is comparable to my snap on, if not a hair better. That being said I would still pick nepros or a fine tooth ko-ken.

    Nepros eye candy

Got my gold nepros ratchets in not too long ago, along with some other nepros ratchet goodies. If I didn’t already have so many ratchets, I’d fill my toolbox with nepros ones! Last pic is a comparison of all my 1/4 ratchets. Some are ancient some are brand new.

    Nepros Baby Ratchets

I would say so. Finish and the ratcheting action are better than snap on. Ko-Ken z series are fantastic Japanese tools as well. Not quite as expensive as nepros.

    Nepros Baby Ratchets

I saw the alloy artifacts history and maybe one other website with similar wrenches to this, but not this exact one. I will check out the Williams thread you just shared the link to. Thanks!

Does anyone have any information on when this old beast was made? I believe it is pre “the superwrench”. Sent from my iPhone using Garage Journal

    Racine Tool and Machine bandsaw

That is a sweet saw. Racine used to be a big manufacturing hub. I work at a foundry/machine shop in Racine. It's really cool to see things like this that used to be made here. I have probably driven past the old plant that used to make them!

Is there a difference between the low end extreme and the higher end “pro” extreme?

    Tool Box Supplier

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew who the supplier was for Snapon, Matco, and Mac tool boxes (I know Waterloo used to make Mac). I am looking for a nice toolbox as an avid hobbyist, not a professional mechanic. The bigger the better, as I quickly filled a 48" wide box. If there are no...
