    Wright-Grip best deals

Really depends on the size of the set you are trying to get. like how many pieces? What kind of finish do you prefer on the wrenches? Chrome or Satin? I'm a chrome molly man myself. What do you need first? and so on. Wherever you get them from one things for certain... You won't be disappointed...

    do either of these exist?

The 3/8 ratchet spinner was made by Proto in both 3/8 and 1/2 drive. I thought about getting them off ebay as they show up, but them seem to be in OLD condition. I don't think anyone makes them today. I only knew that Craftsman and Proto used to make them.

    TX garage wiring ?

Really STUPID idea putting the main for the house into the garage bathroom!!! I also second what Mr. Neuman said. Really should look into getting that changed if you ever plan to move. Don't want to pass on future issues to prospective buyers. However, to answer your question, yes you can do...

Wiring sub panel, can I use all black wires?

There won't be an issue with code if you were to do that. It is common practice to "phase" your conductors with the appropriate colors for that "phase". So, no problemo!
