Im going to try and paint a picture for you, this is kind of strange:

We have a detached garage that sits behind the house, the garage is finished with a small bathroom and shower area. In that bathroom is the breaker panel for the house and garage. The meter can sits on the outside wall of the garage.

What I want to do is run an additional electrical line and plug into the garage for a dedicated 110 A/C, can I run conduit on the outside of the garage and go in through the wall to install the plug? So I don't have to mess up all the drywall.

Thank you for your help

It's against the Electrical Code to have a breaker panel located in a residential bathroom.
(It's not though, in commercial bathrooms)

Really STUPID idea putting the main for the house into the garage bathroom!!! I also second what Mr. Neuman said. Really should look into getting that changed if you ever plan to move. Don't want to pass on future issues to prospective buyers. However, to answer your question, yes you can do that, depending upon your situation and how far you have to run the conduit will determine what kind of wiring method to use for your installation.

Do you have room for your outlet circuit in the panel?
How are you going to strap and support your conduit?
Whatever hole you do make into your garage make sure you caulk around it to prevent water from entering your garage...

You can run the conduit on the interior of the wall, unless you don't like the way it looks. Running it outside of the garage & then back into the wall, creates more penetrations that are potential problems due to weather & critters.
Is it an older house? I'm guessing here, but Is it old enough that the wiring issue is grandfathered? Was the bathroom added after the electrical was done or that you live outside an incorporated area where codes don't matter.

So the panel is in the garage, and every circuit wire is run from there (thru conduit???) to the house? Underground?

Lots of issues with this. Probably Romex wire, probably underground, not legal, never was. Probably violates the rule that says you cannot have multiple power sources to a building also. This is insane.

I cant imagine someone wired it that way but u never know. Theres gotta be a panel in the house! That would be a waste of Romex and a code violation like u said to home run all those circuits!

There are lots of custom built houses in our subdivision that have the panel located in/on the garage. It was closest to the main power feed running across the back of the lots. The wiring goes thru the attic of the garage, thru a covered breezeway into the attic of the house.

If there is a breezeway, then the garage is not detached. So not against code. But in a bathroom? I'll bet a previous owner did that without a permit.

Assuming codes are enforced in your area.

I think 80's code allowed panels in bathrooms because i live in an 80s townhouse and my panel is in the bathroom. Its just like how in the 60s and 70s code allowed panels in a coat closet. Boy did they figure out why thats a bad idea!

MIL's nice 1990's home in a Chandler, AZ suburb has the breaker box outside the garage...accessible from the street! I pointed this out to her and she said that all the homes there were the same. Seems like a potential for so much to go wrong with that setup. Didn't even have a lock on the cover. Wow.

Just never know what you're going to run into out there.

You write as if this is a problem, it is very common in the west & it's not a problem.

Our ex house had 5 boxes on the outside when we bought it. Over time, I reduced to 3. Very common here. Only new homes since the 80s or so put the breaker panels inside somewhere. Usually it's better outside because when they DID do it inside on older houses it was usually in some funky place like the kitchen or the middle of a bedroom wall. House I grew up in had two small panels on the back wall of the master because that's where the service hit the house. There was a picture hanging over the panels.
