Sand broadcast doesn’t hide defects. Even at thicker applications, let alone a thin 5 mil coating. You also can’t pool that coating thicker in low spots, since it’s not 100% solids or close to that. Patch the areas first then do a sand broadcast if that’s what you are looking to do. Sent from...

Not using the oil stop primer isn’t going to be your issue. Not grinding will be your issue. Dousing your floor with water so many times may cause it’s own problems too. Unfortunately, it sounds like right now there is a low probability for success. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If I was a gambling man I’d give your odds of a long lasting coating 25%. I usually see two of these failures per week. It’ll come up under the tires. Water test is ****. Epoxy doesn’t absorb like water. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just trying it help. It may last for 6 months but it's going to start peeling somewhere and after a year or two it will bother you so much you'll be looking at re-doing. I see this all the time, over and over and over. No one that is a professional would ever use rustoleum professional series...

Just epoxy right up to the board. If you are acid etching and using rustoleum you will be re doing the floor in a year or two anyway so don’t put in a whole lot of effort. I have yet to see one of these floors not have issues while I’ve seen dozens if not hundreds fail. Sent from my iPhone...

Well, that seems like a really bad solution. Did they tell you which product they used for each application(either time)? They shouldn't hesitate to provide you the specifics.
