    10mm Universal - Flex Socket Advice {;ease

Need a 10mm universal socket 1/4". Does it make a really big difference if I buy a Proto one instead of a Snapon? I hear that Snapon ones are the bees' knees. For an automotive DIY work

My Stahlwille ratchet handles aren't crooked..

Something as primitive as a handtool, not exactly a NASA level piece, and they cannot catch this with their QA?

Move over Snap-on have a viable competitor for ratchets

Reminds me US border situation: there are millions of fools that play by the rules, and there are few 'smart' ones that play by their own rules. Oh wait, they are not few anymore. Makes me reconsider my relationship with Snap-On. So, I could buy a used dysfunctional tool on a black market...

Move over Snap-on have a viable competitor for ratchets

Utter bull. Either you don't know how the franchise works and what the legal structure is or you mislead intentionally. Back to Ko-Ken: they ratchets are nice, the sockets are outstanding.

Move over Snap-on have a viable competitor for ratchets

Thank you, Sir! You made my day. The gentlemen are so red-hot that they took your sarcasm seriously. What a waterfall, a kaleidoscope of emotions here!!! What a lesson for us, immigrants in American enthusiastic and optimistic positivism brewed with British reserve and tradition of...

Move over Snap-on have a viable competitor for ratchets

Nothing sparks passions on the level of Snap-On and AMSOIL ever. A pro buddy of mine just had his loyalty to SO trashed recently. Switched a garage, and the new place for some reasons 'has an issue or two with an *** SO van man'. He has to go to another garage where an old friend warranties his...

    High Tooth Count Ratchets?

I wonder what ratchets do they use in Toyota Century assembly.

    High Tooth Count Ratchets?

Yes, it like megapixels vs dynamic range. I don't mind Nepros 90s, I have them, but I use sealed Tektons more in that department: from stubby to long one, they are not as good, but more than good enough for me. It is hard to beat the low back-drag of Koken rats.

    High Tooth Count Ratchets?

Hi, I am finding myself using my trusty 23-tooth Stahlwille and 24-tooth Proto more and more lately. Although 90+ tooth ratchet are pleasant, they are really rarely needed and I get a totally different feel from the solid low-count ratchets. Koken medium count ratchets are also in a class of...
