it siphons from the nozzle but if you only got 1.7 psi it’s gonna be a pump problem, or the pressure hose has a crack. These things have to be darn near perfect. If I were you I would order a pump rotor, the vanes and a plastic cover with a new filter. I think you have to set the pump at .004”...

I’ve hit a dead end on trying to find anything on wiring the contactor. Does anyone know if it has to have a transformer for the coil? Could anyone take a picture of the wiring on theirs? Mine is a single phase
