I have a high torque M18 wrench that I almost never use but would never give up. I keep it around for peace of mind since I always worry that there's going to be a crank or suspension bolt that I won't be able to break free. That high torque M18 gives me the confidence to take on a project...
That's a shame. I've been thinking of picking a new one up since my old one is getting a little beat up. A hockey puck works as an alternative but I definitely prefer the red pads.
I never knew these existed and now I have to have them! In addition to all the auto applications these would totally come in handy when working on computers. Sometimes I run into stubborn motherboard and ATX power connectors in difficult areas with hardly any clearance.
I've had a 7201 for about 10 years and it's been great. I primarily use it for doing topside oil changes and it's made those jobs a breeze. About 4 years ago the top gasket went bad but it was a quick swap and now it's good as new.
No carrier or tracking number on my order but it's been marked as "delivered". I haven't received any packages today. I saw that a poster on on the Hot Deals forum is also in the same situation.

My bad, missed the part where it said "Designed for L.Cheapo" on it. Look, I get that it's not specifically what you're asking for and that *****. But there are workers out there who need to accurately torque down dozens or hundreds of fasteners every day where clearance isn't an issue and this...
I'm in exactly the same boat now. I'm not ashamed to admit that I've pulled out the breaker for bolts that were originally tightened to 30 ft-lbs.
I've also found that I feel much better at the end of the day if don't strain. It might take me a little bit longer but I'll gladly keep walking...
Anyone have any experience with the Quinn removable tip snap ring pliers at HF? They look a lot like the Channellock equivalent which tends to get good reviews. I believe the tips are compatible too.
I thought about doing this but I was scared of getting hit with a potential liftgate charge of up to $250 on top of the standard shipping costs. The phone rep mentioned that it's all up to the freight company and they couldn't give me a definite number beforehand.
I ended up finding a blue 44"...
