Ramper, did you end up using Prodex? If so, how did it do at keeping the heat in during the winter?

for those of you with Prodex installed on walls and ceiling, does it do a good job at keeping the heat in? I've read people say that it's good at keeping the heat out, but not in. I'm not sure I believe that yet...
