    pinning floor into grade beam

    i have a 24"x8" grade beam on 30' piles with no key way. I plan on doweling 15m rebar into the beam so the floor ties into the grade beam i also have 3 piles in the middle of the floor with 5'x5' caps for the floor to sit on does this sound like a viable option for a structural slab or...

    new garage starts monday

    damn eastcoast is expensive.. would probably cost about 25 grand or less to put that up here.. but the final product looks great, espesialy keeping the brick outside wall.. good choice
