    FS: Machine Vise Handle Holder

I am selling a Machine Vise Handle Holder that is designed to mount into the front T-Slot on an OEM Bridgeport Series I table. This holder matches the contour of the current Kurt Handle found on their 6” Machine Vise (DX6, D675) etc. Please see attached pictures to confirm you have this style...

    Fixing Chips in Concrete Drive

Some of the cracks in my concrete drive have chipped a bit over time. And they keep chipping every time something get rolled over them etc. what can I use to patch these, that will actually bond and last? I prefer something with an actual concrete texture so that it blends in, opposed to a...

EMT LB Body Through Wall To Panel

I am running some 1” EMT for a welding circuit. I am to the point where I need to pass through 7/16” plywood and then go up and into the bottom of my sub panel. I’m thinking that a LB body is best for this to pass through the wall and it will give me a spot to pull the wires. What would you guys...

    Circuit for Tire Balancer

Well..I technically wouldn’t be changing if the plug since there wasn’t a plug to begin with haha. But I agree with what you’re saying

    Circuit for Tire Balancer

I don't believe that was what he was suggesting. The breaker is 50amp which runs to a 50amp receptacle using 6ga wire. He is suggesting that running a piece of equipment that is rated at 20amps on a 50amp circuit will be okay. The only risk in doing this would be if the balancer were to...

    Circuit for Tire Balancer

Good call. I just put the matching plug into the power cord and everything works like it should. That was my first though as well lol

    Circuit for Tire Balancer

I was thinking I could get a 20A fusable shut off. I could then make a short cord with SOOW that would be 6ga and have the 50amp plug on the end. I would then hardware the balancer to the shut off. This would allow me 20amp service for the balancer and then if I unplug I would still have my...

    Circuit for Tire Balancer

I just picked up a Coats tire balancer. The electrical requirements are: 230V, 60 Hz, 20A, 1 ph. Currently there is no male plug wired into the power cord. I have an existing 50amp circuit that has 6ga wire run back to the panel. Am I able to use this circuit for the tire machine if I wire in...

Snow melting right at soffit line *pics*

I have extruded metal on the top half of the walls. It stops right below the ceiling line with J channel. The drywall meets the wood framing, but is not air tight. I can send some pics

Another thing is that where the ceiling drywall ends, it isn’t sealed. Maybe some heat is escaping there. That aligns with the melt line

That would be great! Would ease my mind a bit. I don’t want to deal with ice dams this year, hopefully it is normal.

What you’re saying makes sense, but I’m not sure how the insulation could of not made it to the edge being that it is a wide open shot when they were installing. I’d be pretty disappointed in the installers if that was the issue
