At $7.30 a tool, I could deal with chinese Vise Grips.
I don't like them as well as US-made with US parts Vise Grips, they still get the job done.
Regardless of COO, that's a great deal! If US made, even more so.
The ones shown in the picture are at least USA made because they have rollpins where Chinese Vise Grips have rivets. But, that doesn't mean all the sets are USA made.
The finish looks like that found on USA-made Vise Grips made with USA parts. The finish on Chinese Vise Grips is less 'polished'...
I got a 15" Matco with a handle on it. I like it, but having a flexhead on it would be nice... Otherwise you need >15" clearance near the bolt without putting on an extension.
It's more like a breaker that you can ratchet-but that's fine with me. If I did it over, I'd get one with a flexhead
