I have a Ford Smith 2 post 9000lb hoist,had it for about 10 years,lately it has been giving me problems.The power side ram will bleed down in minutes,no external leak.I can only use it if I lock the hoist very quickly.Where will the oil be bypassing?Is there an issue with the ram or the control...

Hard to judge on heating cost,heated by my outdoor coal burning furnace that also heats the house.

If you use clear pex you can watch the air go by inside,great for troubleshooting volume issues.:lol:

On a warm winter day (30f) temp is about 60,a cold winter day (-35f) about 50,summer too cold for comfort, have to open the doors from time to time to get some heat in there,(well insulated).

Anyone here plumb air lines in their shop with pex? Cheap,easy to install,adapt,add on to, etc.

I have Stenhoj DS4 4 post lift that needs set up.I can't find an installation manual anywhere in Canada.Can you help? The lift was built in 1986

Yeah,thanks Coolabah.I checked out that link but it goes nowhere.Stenhoj is a company from Denmark,was quite popular in these parts in the 80's & 90's

I bought a used 4 post Stenhoj DS4 (1986)from a guy,want to install it in my shop,wondering if anyone has an installation manual for one that they would part with.
