    What mistakes did you make building your garage?

    Just finished ours about a month ago - 40'x60' with 18' ceilings, put in a 16'x16' OH door and man door in one end, and a 10'x10' OH door and man door in the other end (both on the 40' walls).     Sorry, haven't been here for a bit, the fixtures I had installed are Phillips FBX-24L, with the Wide Optics option (dispersion) - 24,000 Lumens per fixture, the shop is 40'x60' with 18' walls, and they are extremely effective, so far (only 3 weeks), so good! Regards

    Just lit my 40'x60'x18' ceiling shop with 6 Phillips 24"x24" LED fixtures - they were expensive, like $350 each, but guaranteed parts and labor for 5 years, life expectancy of 10 years at 6hours per day.
