Well, here is my clunker. Hand me down from when my grandmother passed away. Tried to sell it in the estate sale, but nobody wanted it. Prob because of the 20 years of nicotine stuck it.
So I decided to take it home and see what $20 worth of Krylon would do.
I just had the same experience with getting electricity to my shop. I live just south of Fort Worth.
Had to go about 165' and pricing was in the $3800 to $4500 range. Called the CO-OP to see what they could do. They ended up having the best deal. $1850 minus a $500 construction credit...
Ha-ha....after it was first up, I looked around and thought to myself I wish I could have afforded to have another 20' in one direction. Gotta start somewhere though.
Next on the list will be getting electricity from the house out to the shop. Currently waiting on a quote from the Co-op to see which way to go...pay a little extra and let them do it or do it myself. Just have to wait and see what they come back with next week.
