Well I jumped the gun and submitted my order a day early (I thought today was Friday, oops). Oh well, hopefully this just means I beat the rush and I don't think I picked up anything related to the sale anyway.

I use different Moleskine style notebooks for various things: work, around the house, race car prep, woodworking projects, etc. Lined when I need to write more or grid if I need to sketch parts, etc.

I also upgraded after a few years of using the cheap HF heat gun without many complaints. I found a Craftsman Steinel rebrand a year or two ago on eBay for ~$40 and it's noticeably better than the HF version for not a ton of money. As others have pointed out there are a lot of Steinel rebrands...

I like these Columbia area Craftsman vises. Found a quick release woodworking version and painted to match my existing little 3.5" bench vise. Wish I had a lathe to make a new handle, but managed to make something similar to the original out of some oak dowels. Still need to add some wood jaw...

Thanks for pointing that out, I've gone ahead and flipped the feed stop collar and I'll flip around the lock handle once I get some more time in the garage. The motor switch is back on the motor on the left side so no reason for the lock handle to be switched over. Appreciate the pointers, thanks!

I've been looking for one of these for a year or two and haven't had much luck. Finally found one local to me that had been recently refurbished. Not perfect and need to remove some paint from the base and what not but a good user in good overall shape. Pretty happy to finally join the club and...

I use mine to hold all my cordless tools / batteries, along with various tools that need to stay in cases (tap/die set, rethreader kit, etc). Pretty happy with the locker and it keeps the drawers in my main tool box free for other stuff.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the email too. These are exactly what I've been looking for.

Reading through the Infar site and catalog it appears they make various wrenches with various design options (non-slip end, standard end, 6pt, 12pt, various lengths, etc), but other than selecting a different product line there are no options for an "entry level" or "premium version" of the same...

That got me too, luckily I was smart enough to bundle a couple orders for the first try and only lost out on some last minute ideas later in the day...

I think SBD will be smart with the rollout of Craftsman, and I'm still fairly optimistic for its future even though the launch was a little disappointing. They did mention that only 40% of the release was USA made with the goal to get that to 70%+ so hopefully there will be continued...

$80 at my store in AZ too with a full display left. Had to talk myself out of buying two of them.
