Any chance someone can make me a small part?

mcmaster.com has 3/4-16 left-hand thread, threaded rods. That plus some left-hand thread nuts and a bit of welding might accomplish what you want.

    Large single swing gate design

This. The weight of the gate wants to turn it into a parallelogram where the top left and bottom right corners have gotten closer together. Pulling them together with a steel cable isnt going to help matters but "wedging" a piece of wood in there would hold them apart.

    Large single swing gate design

That would be true if it were a wood fence and the brace was wood too, but for steel it is right.

It's not a SORTIMO, but check out my parts cabinet I made!

Very nicely done. I made something similar a while back using plywood (prior to ever seeing the Sortimo setup that Adam has) , mine only holds somewhere around 16 cases though. When I run out of space or move into another house, I'll probably remake it to resemble yours/the sortimo version.

Torque Wrench Dilemma - Need Something That Will Do 325ft/lbs

Looking for a solution for parts storage.

I bought a bunch of these http://www.harborfreight.com/19-bin-portable-parts-storage-case-93928.html and a couple of the smaller size and larger size. Then I made a cabinet with slots for them out of 3/4" plywood and hung it on the wall using a french cleat. The small and medium size are the...

Why do so many seem to hate pegboard?

It sounds like most people who hate pegboard haven't been exposed to a properly done setup. Hooks fall off when grabbing tools...if you buy the cheap hooks (I use Durahooks, though Pegmates seem like a decent alternative at a lower price) Other tools fall off when grabbing tools...if you...

Need your input on impact guns IR vs AirCat

I'm sure the guy who cross threaded one of my lugs knew what he was doing too. I even got told it wasn't possible because the impact guns they use limit torque in the forward direction. Lost any future business from me. I bet they saved a couple minutes though. Sent from my SM-G900V
