Nobody is using an Armstrong rolling cabinet?... not good! Price was decent for a first toolbox.

I don't know if Armstrong just recently started to offer toolbox but I couldn't any reviews online on this forum or elsewhere. I am looking at the 16-988 in the Industrial line. I like their tools but I really don't know about their toolbox. Thank you!
