My fault; the guy kept stringing me on about the refund.....and it's way over 90 days now

I purchased a gantry similar to this one from this guy: http://cgi.ebay.com/2-TON-ADJUSTABLE-Gantry-Crane-/190428943951?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0#ht_626wt_1139 FWIW, please be advised that mine was delivered weeks late, the wrong size and was "promised" a $500 refund (in lieu of returning)...

FWIW= As a result of lurking here I purchased a Bend Pak 2-post 10K lift/installed from Garage Equipment Supply in California for my home shop. GES and Bend Pak made this happen easily on-time and professionally. Great companies, great service. If you're in the market for a lift it'd be hard...
