I came across this old under mount woodworking vise and the only markings I can find on it are NBW and T 431 and T 432. Was wondering if anyone could help me identify it.

Thanks for all the input. The seller is asking $200 and it is a 4hr round trip drive for me to check it out in person. Sounds like I should pass on this one. Unfortunately, old heavy vises don't seem to pop up in my area much.
