It will not power up when plugged into the AC. I don't know about plugging it into a car as it came without the OBD2 cable

I have a 2003 Mac mentor that I plugged in last night for the first time I saw a screen turned it off let it charge all night and now when I push the on button it beeps once at me the screen flashes but the unit does not turn on. It is the model with the red power on key. Has anyone else ran...
