Mac Mentor won't turn on

I have a 2003 Mac mentor that I plugged in last night for the first time I saw a screen turned it off let it charge all night and now when I push the on button it beeps once at me the screen flashes but the unit does not turn on. It is the model with the red power on key. Has anyone else ran into this problem if so I could use the help

will it power up while attached to the AC power source or when connected to a car?

It will not power up when plugged into the AC. I don't know about plugging it into a car as it came without the OBD2 cable

Might try and see if it is one of those tools that does an automatic reboot if you hold the on button down for a minute. It's worked on phones, and a lot of other things that looked like they were dead.

Good luck. I hae a Mentor Touch I took in on trade and two weeks later, it did the exact same thing and the hard drive was scrambled.

Mac wanted almost $3500 to repair. I use it as a tablet now with a new hard drive and windows 10
