Good point. I hadn't thought of that. I'm kind of happy that I no longer have a table at home though. I seem to get a lot more done around the house. I already play two hours a day, every day and 6 hours or so on Thursdays. If I had a good table at home again I'd never even make it out to...

I think I saw that on one of the DIY Network shows. It was pretty cool, but I would think you'd have to re-level the table every time.

I understand that. I tried to convince my girl that we didn't really need a living room and a pool room would be better suited to our needs. Didn't work. Of course I want a $8k table too so that probably didn't help. Good luck with it and be sure to post some pics with it all in there.

I just purchased the White Vinyl kit that Wingnut posted as well as a threshold. Looks like they will both be quite simple to install. Guess I'll find out Saturday.

Is that a knee wall I see? Could you cut out the knee wall around the area that the table is in? Might give you a few extra feet of space at the right height to be able to play.

I made a nice top for mine out of left over hardwood flooring and used it as a dining table when I wasn't playing pool. Killed two birds with one stone. Of course I just moved in with my girl and had to leave it behind. Oh well, next place will have room for a Diamond table.

Re: What did you do to your garage today? The most important step to getting started on my garage! Shipped all of the girl's holiday decorations to the storage unit. Cleaned up a lot of space.
