Use the free Sylvania light program. Find a rectangular fixture similar to your and put them in the room. You can rotate them each way and see which shadows or overlap is better or if you need more fixtures.

Finally got all the lights and the pendant bases installed. With (15) 110w fixtures installed, the light meter read ~107 fc at the floor with all lights on (I did 3 rows of 5 and each row is on a switch). I think the meter is a little sensitive. Our original lighting design from the Sylvania...

my shop has a 16' ceiling. I have an 8' tall room on the bottom, 2x10 subfloor, and 7'3" loft on top. works out nice. My roof is a 4/12 pitch and my peak is at ~25'

I used 15 110w lights for my 40x60 shop with a 16’ ceiling. Was shooting for 85 foot candles at the floor. Well the meter might be a bit sensitive but it’s nice at 107-108 as what the meter shows!

After weeks of working with drywall mud and sanding, my wife and I were finally able to prime and paint the shop. After two full days of priming and painting, we pulled the plastic. We still have some cleanup to do, but I had to paint some trim and get a few pieces on the wall. I'm waiting on...

You are correct, but in my opinion the pendant mount has holes and is a cleaner installation.

Yes sir, just easier and cleaner looking. I wired in a white plug in type cord as well. Here’s a pic of mine. Excuse the mess, I’m sanding the ceiling drywall mud currently....lol

I ordered some 110w LED HighBay lights from Green Light Depot. When they were out of stock, I ordered a couple more from a vendor on Amazon. The lights from Amazon came with a pendant mount that works great. Green Light Depot doesn't offer this mount. The amazon vendor is out of stock...
