I had good results with the Rock Solid. I used the Medici color which is a 2 color blend. I also decided to go with the clear coat for extra durability and used the aluminum oxide from Rock solid. (i disbursed by hand)

I used the Rock Solid Medici floor coating in brown with a clear coat. I'm pretty happy with the results. The clear coat seemed to set up a little faster than the base coat which surprised me.

Grinding turned out to be a a much much harder job than I anticipated. It took about 1/2 hour to figure out how to handle the machine. total grinding time was several hours. Maybe 4 to 5 hours including breaks.
Next I needed to get an angle grinder to handle the edges and curbs. this turned...

otherwise the machines wouldn't be down at the 15 stores i called.
all of the techs seem to tell me the same story that the blades get ripped apart every 1 to 2 rentals.

I've beem making friends with the rental guys at HD. Seems the diamabrush is the best deal in town and the blades take alot of abuse becuase everyone know this. I don't think HD makes money on this rental so they seem to be frustrated with this rental along with the constant downtime...

found the Edco grinder locally, $140.00 to rent machine and $125 for the scarifier attachments.
would you know if this is right attachement?
I am bit skeptical after the 15 different stories I recieved from HD.
Rental is also a bit more than Diamabrush @ $265 vs $140.

My thinking was that it is a small space and I'd be able to handle PAP. (with a helper cutting in ahead of me).
Hopefully i'll get a grinder for next weekend and can make a decision on product.
