Finally got the floor finished. After a couple of weeks I was bale to get new blades for the diamabrush rental.

doesn't seem so in the Long Island market, perhaps Florida. otherwise the machines wouldn't be down at the 15 stores i called. all of the techs seem to tell me the same story that the blades get ripped apart every 1 to 2 rentals.

I've beem making friends with the rental guys at HD. Seems the diamabrush is the best deal in town and the blades take alot of abuse becuase everyone know this. I don't think HD makes money on this rental so they seem to be frustrated with this rental along with the constant downtime...

Thanks guys! I've never done before. My thinking was that it is a small space and I'd be able to handle PAP. (with a helper cutting in ahead of me). Hopefully i'll get a grinder for next weekend and can make a decision on product.
