I am adding 1200 sq. ft. onto my shop and am currently laying out the electrical. I will have plenty of power and circuit breaker space for the addition, with two 100 amp subpanels coming off of a 400 amp main panel. I know what equipment needs dedicated circuits, where I need my 240v circuits...

My property is surrounded by woods and we definitely have termites. Fortunately, in the 9 years we have lived here, we haven’t seen any in our house or the interior walls of our two steel buildings…knock on wood (pun intended)!
