    Cordless LED Worklights

I recommend the Streamlight Knucklehead. I bought the alkaline model and use it with AA Eneloop rechargeables. (Even though the light is regulated, rechargeable AAs may void the warranty so check before using!!) The beam is a centre weighted flood; white but on the cool side of neutral, colour...

    Proto/P&C click-stop feature - personal experiences??

Hi. I'm about to purchase some Proto adjustable wrenches but I've never even held an adjustable with this feature. Is the click-stop feature a help or hindrance; does it slow adjustment or limit small adjustments to nominal units/clicks? Any input is welcome. Thanks.

Have you tried a headlamp recently???

I have the Streamlight 61301 Argo. Surprisingly bright (3 levels), power level indicator, tilting head, uses 3 AAA batteries (well, a plus for me) w/ good battery life and comes with two head straps (elastic & rubber).

How-to: Index breaker bar/6pt socket in 30° increments.

Flip?? If by this you mean moving the flex head of a breaker bar to the opposite side, then the net result is an offset of 180°. By doing this, nothing is achieved as the pattern on the socket, relative to the breaker bar, has not changed . Think of the clock face being rotated 180°; the even...

How-to: Index breaker bar/6pt socket in 30° increments.

Although some here will know this, I don't believe it is common knowledge as every newly posted 6pt vs 12pt thread will site an advantage of 12pt sockets w/ breaker bar as having a smaller, achievable, angle between sequential positions (60° vs 30° degree angle of rotation). To start from the...

    What are the best screwdrivers?

Since you mentioned Slotted screwdrivers I'll recommend the PB Swiss Tools. Mine fit tight and don't cam out or slip. Also, the corners are rounded/beveled to prevent damage to material when using counter-sunk head screws. As an added benefit, if you do happen to slip, the rounded corners...
