Harbor freight 2 hp fixed base?

I think for the price, it's worth a shot. I'm going to be making my own table soon, so I'll spend some time on that making it perfect.

Harbor freight 2 hp fixed base?

I was looking for just a cheap router to mount in a table since I have a hitachi combo router kit already and I really don't want to permanently mount it in the table in case I need to plunge rout. I saw this at harbor freight for $49 and with a coupon it would be closer to $40, but it looks...

    Continuous Grain Box

I was just fooling around for about an hour in the garage and thought I'd attempt a continuous grain box out of some scrap I had on the table saw. I thought it was pretty cool, although I def need some practice to get it perfect next time: Before Finish and Sanding: After:

Help me spend my reward points...

me too...it's a shame they wouldn't let me pay the difference for something a little more, so I'm stuck with a price limit. Oh well. I'm leaning towards the router or the chop saw. I'm thinking that milwaukee router will be money mounted in a table. I'm about to build a table for one using a...

    Table saw conundrum....

The new dewalt dw745 is so portable and tiny that it will store on the shelf in the garage and it looks like the rousseau table folds up and stores every easily so I can have it set up in the garage in a few minutes when I need it, or take the saw with me to a jobsite. Looks like it might fit...

    Table saw conundrum....

I think so too! Thanks! I may go that route. I saw that dewalt saw on sale a little while ago for $299, I should have picked it up because it's back up to $369. I figure that'll do everything I need with the rousseu table. How's the fence on that table? Decent?

    Table saw conundrum....

What about something like the Dewalt 745 which is a compact table saw for transporting and a decent saw with good reviews, and then the rousseu stand to go with it. Should net me a little more money but overall, it would serve both purposes, portability, and larger object cutting.

Help me spend my reward points...

That's tough....right now I'm pretty set, but I'm thinking like the milwaukee drill driver or something would be a good start to a compact set....they have a million tools to go with that battery including the heated jacket. My Ryobi chop saw just died recently though, but I really wanted to...
