When the fold-up stairs are closed I cannot see the lights in the attic in my garage. I used one of these pilot lights so I notice it when I walk out of the garage.

I just went out and measured it. 39" from floor to surface. I'm 6' 1" and it is perfect for me. Damn it's cold outside:)

I went with pull down at 22" wide.

I put a dehumidifier down there after the new panel was installed and that's all the work or money I'm going to expend on it. Dennis

Too many variables as others have noted but here's what I did in July of '19. I replaced the pushamatic breaker panel with a modern panel. Along with a whole house surge suppressor ($300 extra) it was just over $1800.

6 months later it would've been a 75 gallon aquarium on it:)

If the turntable had worked I would've kept it but I threw it in a dumpster I had rented:eek:. I think it had an 8-track player also. I had 2 other stereos to put out there and the console took up a lot of room. Sorry
