There was a local auction and I won a few additional things for the shop. A cart, a 8" mill vise, Metabo grinder, 24" crescent wrench and a 6" Parker vise and a one ton chain fall.

Bought some utility grade oak flooring for the loft. Started on that.

Finally passed my final inspection last Friday so now I've begun moving things in and organizing.

Since the end of August the kitchen cabinets are in. Ceiling fixtures are in, as are the kitchen countertops. Well has been drilled and I threw together a well house.

Got a wiring issue. I used this diagram for wiring a three way switch for a light over my stairs. The switch without the power feed won't trip the AFCI breaker but the one on the other end will intermittently when you flip that switch. I took this leg of the circuit out and haven't had any...

Ceiling is in. Stair treads and risers in, railings mostly installed and kitchen cabinets arrived yesterday.

Just plain butcher block. Nothing fancy but I like how it turned out.

Laundry sink mostly done and starting on the loft railing.

Lots of progress. Electrical devices going in. Bathroom and laundry vanities ready to install.

Hired a finishing crew for the sheetrock. Off to a good start today.

weekend. Borrowed my neighbors tractor and bush hog and mini ex and cleaned up a bit around here. Scissor lift was dropped off yesterday. Other soffit in the living area is done so now it's time.to finish that last wall. Also got a few quotes on the shower and finishing the sheetrock. (Mud and tape)
