I just got a replacement cylinder for my lift, as the original one was leaking, and after installation it leans out a good bit, so much so that with a car on it the top of the cylinder hits the tie bar . What did I do wrong in assembling It?

Where do you install the flow regulator? I'm still having uneven lifting after multiple bleeds, swapping hoses doesn't help. I'll try one if I know where to put iit.

Update to the leaking. I talked with Miguel at Dannmar last week and after determining the uneven lifting was within spec, he is sending me out a replacement cylinder as I discovered one was not leaking from the fittings but from the cylinder itself. I'm getting good at taking these things...

After lifting my 535i the other day I noticed both cylinders were leaking fluid out the bottom. I guess I'll have to take both down and remove all the teflon tape and use pipe dope instead. I'm considering getting some better fittings as well and just replace all the ones supplied by Dannmar.
