I'd be fairly sure that set was made between 1968 and 1969. The company logo changed wording from Gray Bonney Tools to Gray Tools Canada around 1963 and I recognize the silver trim in the crest as being in use between 68 and 69. Hope this helps...you have some quality items there! BH
