Well the permit is approved, and the poles are up today! My 36x24 shop is finally happening. It is taking longer than I wanted, but now the adventure is beginning. It's funny how everyone wants to give you advice. I will post a few pics soon.

Dang! Never heard about it. Been to the Early Bird swap meet a few times. Will keep it in mind for next year.

I'm using a company called Ark Custom Buildings...... They do both. I'm waiting for permits now

Mine was just quoted for 22000. That's for a 24x36x14. It includes.... 4" Floor Big door Insulation package Windows 3' door And site prep (which includes tree removal) I didn't know what to do with the trees, so I think I did okay

Hey all, Just put down a deposit on a new 24x36x14 garage. It will be apple building. I just own 1 car which will be kept there. I am looking for ideas on compressors, organization etc. I stretched out the size, and kept the happy wife. Now I'll figure out how to set it all up. I don't have...
