NEPA area pole building quotes

I just got done with my first quote from a pole building builder today from Timberline Buildings.

My quote is 17,200 for a 30x32x10

this is what it included:

4" of concrete
scissor trusses
16' insulated garage door
1 entry door
1' eves

i have contacted 3 company's and they were the first to get back and i need to call back one more called mas-tec buildings.


just wanted to share and see what other ppl have been getting from around my area

That does not sound out of line. I would suggest that you get an insulation package in the quote. At the least get the insulated vapor barrier. I also had the option of a 4' wide man door on mine and I'm glad I did the bigger door.

oh bigger entry door didn't think of that.

i'm going to insulate and wire it myself, i was giving a quote of 1k just to do the roof. i'm thinking he said spray on insulation but it voids the metal warranty

Mine was just quoted for 22000. That's for a 24x36x14. It includes....

4" Floor
Big door
Insulation package
Windows
3' door
And site prep (which includes tree removal)

I didn't know what to do with the trees, so I think I did okay

You could try ABCO pole barns. They did a friends building, looks good.

Of course, 'my area' is a secret since you didn't tell us where you are! (There is a section in the profile to add location information...)

At least around here, that number isn't too bad.
