Recommend a 3/8 Impact Socket Strategy
This has been a real education. At some point I guess I should replace my 2003 Ingersoll Rand and SK chrome sockets.

Sorry, I don't know what that is. To me it means metric 10 with 24 thread pitch.

I would call it a quick release or cam release. Bicycles use them for wheels and seatposts but those are much smaller. I've never seen an M10.

Low voltage wiring questions
My question as well... I see little value to this project since OP will be up there twice a year anyway.

Cleaned up Dad’s old Stanley Brace
That's cool. I have just 1/4 - 1" (by eighths) Stanley augers. I used them to build my "Paul Sellers " workbench a few years ago.

Generators: Wen vs Westinghouse vs Champion. Opinions please on these specific types
Also - more fuel efficient. I bought a slightly larger Champion inverter to get 240v.

Generator Question Inverter or not?
OP, if these are still the criteria, it sounds to me like a Honda 2200 and one good extension cord would serve. Many other good suggestions if they want to do a more versatile setup.
