These are great extensions. The Pittsburgh ones are honestly not too bad, especially when they go on sale for $10, but these Icons are so much nicer. I have yet to break one, and I use them heavily.

My gen 2 44" has been great as well. The only complaint I have is that the drawers do not extend fully, but that has been established that it's a crapshoot with these boxes. Otherwise the slides have held up fine, and I have it very much loaded up.

Yeah I have to say those Aldi batteries are also really good for the price.

I personally haven't had any leakage with the cheap batteries, but I'm sure it's more likely to happen with those than the better ones. In general, they're alright for very low drain devices.
