Snap On Eco134 AC Machine Overload Protection?

I need some help with this old Snap On Eco134 recovery machine I picked up a while back. It powers on, however when I turn on the compressor I get a relay "click", then within a few seconds it clicks again and the overload light comes on. I have not been able to find ANYTHING on troubleshooting one of these things, let alone any parts. I have the manual that I found online, as well as the parts manual, however it doesn't seem that anybody stocks these parts.
A wiring diagram would be helpful so I can at least see what I might need to check, but I don't even know where to begin with this thing.

Does anybody have any input on getting it running? Or if it's even worth it... I intended on getting it working and using it (only paid $150 for it), but it might just be worth finding a newer unit.

Assuming the compressor itself isn't junked, it may need new starting gear (relay, capacitor). I'm also not sure how that specific machine works, but the compressor may not like starting against a high pressure, either. If that compressor is seeing that 120 PSI indicated by the gauge (assuming the gauge isn't busted), it may not start.

What does the manual say for a procedure for starting the compressor?

Never got a notification and forgot to check… oops! Thanks for the replies guys. I believe that is the same model, I’d have to double check the model number. That gauge seems to be accurate, and based on the temperature chart listed next to it, it is where it should be.
I’ll have to double check the manual. I thought initially it was because it was pulling against a closed check valve in the hose, but everything was open and unobstructed.
