    My DOWIDAT tools!

    I found a huge stash of unused Dowidat tools last Winter. Have some "patina" from moisture but most are in very good condition. The guy has quite a few more of them. He said he bought a bulk "lot" of them years ago and stored them away....unfortunately in a leaky barn. Nice "shorty" wrenches...

    New kid on the block

    i believe that they did predate "Jeep". The U.S. Govt. took on numerous tool supply contractors during the WW2 era. The "Williams" Jeep tools were a bit more rare than other tool sets.

    DOWIDAT tools!?

    I have a large group of metric "Dowidat" wrenches. They are somewhat hard to find in the US. I also have a set of "No. 12" SAE Dowidat wrenches.
