The posts are 2" SCH40 pipe. They would work if they were 3' in the ground, but I have to fold them down... Dang HOA... So I was thinking like this cage. Looks like someone encountered this issue before.

I stumbled across the water heater copper hoses when looking for watts pressure reducing valve. They had 13 of them, but the barcodes were messed up and I didn't want to fight for them. Just a heads up.

Yeah, the folding mast bracket would be the easiest. The telescoping would make it difficult to put up and down. I can just bolt the bottom hole and pin the top in the upright position with the mast bracket and be done.
