A friend just bought a Klein set of Meter, Outlet Tester and Sniffer. The Sniffer’s battery cap would not contact the side connection. I bridged it with my Leatherman and it worked. I encouraged him to return if. He has very little knowledge of electricity. I may “adjust” it with a hammer next...

Once I bought a set of 1/4 metric sockets made in India at a flea marke. The first one I used was a 10mm that broke at first contact with a bolt. No more India tools for me! I doubt Vietnam as well.

Swiss Army Tinker or an Ivy Classic utility blade from the farm supply store.

Has anyone tried the newer Klein pass thru to see it it is comparable with anything?

Many of my tools were bought new starting in 1979. I still use most of them.

Our Fire Dept ran a notice to bolt your tool box to a wall. Some kids have climbed Dad’s box and it fell on them.

At Menards today I picked up a 1/2 combination wrench for a just in case car kit. When I got home I noticed it was made in India. My other Masterforce wrenches were made in China. I also picked up a 1/4 drive 10mm socket and it was made in Vietnam. These were just for car kits. I will look for...
