When I had my floor poured alittle over a year ago the contractor suggested a product called Cure & Seal... I'm glad i did it... makes for easy clean up and only added about $85 for the five gallon bucket... My floor is 30x50 and had some left over... You can even get it in a more expensive...

I wish you could still rent the tanks here.... I recieved a nice torch set up for christmas, a couple years ago now....I believe its a "Lincoln"... went to the local welding supply shop to get tanks.... Said he would make me a good deal....$225 each... I asked how much of that is the gas and how...

I used that same paint on an old four foot hanging shop light looks great... also they have that in a shade of green I used on an older S/K 1/2 socket set metal box.... looks almost like the original color...

I sweep my 30 x 50 everytime I make a mess, I use a soft bristle shop broom for smooth concrete, and then green sweeping compound with a 36 inch dustmop, I had cure and seal applied when my floor was poured, the sweeping compound leaves a nice clean shiny finish.

Good luck on your search for vintage wall art... I too was in the market at one time but the prices of these treasures are more than im willing or able to pay... I fully understand an item is worth what a seller is willing to take and a buyer is willing to pay, but where does it end...

Here is the formula I have always used... convert everything to inches and then mulitply all three measurements then divide by 45656 118 x 240 x 4=113280 divide by 45656=2.48 yrds. But i agree with the above posts get 3yrds.

I also live in Nebraska...If you are wanting to build a pole building I had a 30x50x10 built last spring by a company from Oklahaoma for $10500 and it took them a total of TWO days... Of course that didn't include any concrete and I had to contract someone else for the overhead doors... but...

I second that....rat guard is the way to go... It's just a piece trim made to cover the open end of the ridges in your metal sheeting... mine came standard no extra charge.
