    Narrow Crown Staples for Shingles

I'll be using the same ones that match my shed, won't be three tabs.

    Narrow Crown Staples for Shingles

I already had the stapler and staples, that's why I wanted to use it, but I'll probably just hand nail it

    6x6 + overhangs, half a square probably.

    Narrow Crown Staples for Shingles

Hey Guys, I built a treehouse for my boys and I'm having a hard time finding a decent used roofing nailer. Any thoughts on just using my narrow crown stapler? Rentals here are like $30 a day and I don't really plan on getting it all done in a day, it's very much a mornings and weekends...

tdott's double garage build - lift, floors, cabinets

How's that mini-split treating you? I'm looking at an Everwell from a local seller here as well.

Estimate Advice - Lennox or Amana, for now

That feels a bit biased to me. Almost all two-stage furnaces we're considering have fully variable fans. Also, the two in my quote and original post are both variable speed air handler. No, it's not your cheapest furnaces but they're very attainable. Pretty much anything that qualifies for...

I'm going to disagree with you there. It's a physics problem, our ductwork is slightly on the small side for our second story but Even still it's impossible to fight heat rising on the second story without a zone. If you only have a single thermostat and it's on the main level, you're going to...

After we zoned it, the 60k kept up fine last winter, albeit it was a very mild one. There were a couple -20 degree nights, but nothing like normal. The 2.5ton doesn't seem to be keeping up right now though.

Based on how I'm reading this, it is an inverter condenser. https://tech.lennoxintl.com/C03e7o14l/VIu12Ch2uV/ehb_el18xpv_2104.pdf And zoning might ****, but 2 story homes also ****.

Estimate Advice - Lennox or Amana, for now

The duct work changes are minimal, up sizing the return boot at the air handler and moving 1 supply from a main floor zone to the 2nd floor zone so there wasn't really any analysis done. Both contractors are going to be doing both, one just forgot to put the supply move into their quote, likely...

Estimate Advice - Lennox or Amana, for now

Hi All, We've recently put on a pretty substantial addition to our house and it's time to update the HVAC to match. Currently we have a 60k BTU single stage carrier, with a 2.5ton AC. House is in Minnesota, roughly 4200sq ft, 2700sq ft above ground. Current duct work is a tad undersized but is...

A bit late, but how do you like the smartside on the interior? Better than drywall?

Bauer SDS - Corded or Cordless?

Now this is the advice I need to hear! Buy both! Honestly I'm looking at some other less used tools in the Bauer lineup that I don't have in ridgid/don't want to spend the money on in that line. Drywall cutout tool, jigsaw, grinder etc. So I was just going to use it as an excuse to get into the...

Bauer SDS - Corded or Cordless?

Okay, that's really helpful! I guess they do exist! That said, it's $270, I can buy 3 Bauers for that if I get that battery adapter.
