I had it apart just to change the o-ring out with a 222 but then when I got it back together figured there was more internal problem with the seal and oil leaking by hence getting through the o-ring. Like I said above it's an old jack my uncle gave it to me from his shop when I was like 18 or...

Guess I was trying to also undertsand could the leak from the front of the o-ring be coming from an internal seal?

Yeah your right last year during black friday I bought a new jack...guess this one still reminds me of my uncle...and has served me well from a young boy.

Hi all have a Blackjack, has replaced internals a couple years ago was again leaking at front o-ring. So replaced but I know I got the o-ring rize slighly off. Does anyone know what the actiual o-ring size is?? Its O-ring no. 62

Hi all so had a great working Bj-2 for well over 20 years. Stopped lifting quickly and was not holding well. So opened it up found the cup in pieces. That's all I changed and put it back together. So now it seems its weeping a little at the cylinder. Guess you need to use some silicone on...
