I had some permanant spots from oil or somthing like it. I power washed, and scrubbed and used the acid etcher, but it still remained.I used the quikcrete brand and it went over it with out comming up. I did have some problems with an area that was rather rough and i dont think i got it down...

The top is light grey, the bottom is a a few shades darker, the white is actuall paint, the black and blue are actually vinyl striping. I got the Programmable RiteTemp Thermostat linked to earlier in the post. I didnt need programmable, but you can change the offset to up to 2 degrees. and it goes down to 35. Plus you can recalibrate it to match other thermostats in the house. Got it at Home depot
