Forget QR codes, at this point painters tape & a sharpie will get you from A to B; I just did this when I sold my parents place In Illinois. I had 6 years to fix up the house, sell off 8 cars, 2400 sq ft of parts and completely restore my 67’ vette, ( I flew in from Colorado 18 times) once...
