    Hammertone green

Finished lettering…mostly, I might tighten up a few areas once it cures. Next, having a tag made to fill in what was previously the control panel. It’ll be an updated version of the tag above the current control box.

Yeah, you can rotate it to make cutting easier on harder woods.

    Hammertone green

Here is what the back panel looked like, the aluminum panel above was also damaged. The seller was very careful to avoid showing any of these things. Someone had also hacked in a static converter by wiring a capacitor onto the 3rd leg of the motor. Which, of course, was not complete without a...

    Hammertone green

Super surfacer, yeah. I love this machine, fixed it up enough to use a few years ago but I’ve always wanted it to repaint it and repair the mushed up panels on the backside. So glad to finally do so.

Those colors look great, but I don’t think they ship this stuff to the USA.

    Hammertone green

Finally got around to using this paint. I rolled it on to allow it be even and encourage more hammering effect. Seemed to work but the hammer effect is pretty light. Happy with the color. I may go back and fill a few of the holes for a smoother overall finish, but pretty happy with the...

    Dragon wagon welding table

Thanks for commenting, it looks pretty handy when a few accessories are added. I’ve always ended up working along the edge of the previous table when trying to fixture something.

    Dragon wagon welding table

Does anyone have one of these? Do you like it? I just got rid of a large welding table that took up a lot of space, looking for something small like the 24x36 dragon wagon. Almost all of my welding projects are small and require accurate fixturing, so this looks ideal. I like the look of it...

    Torque Screwdriver

Just have a look at mountz 😂 This one was setup and bagged for laboratory use, so god knows what it originally cost.

    I bought my first Nepros

Personally I like Koken’s extensions better, for the really heavy knurling. I use them all the time and find it helpful. I put Nepros extensions and sockets in one of my toolboxes, they’re absolutely gorgeous but I generally reach for the Kokens. Nepros T-handles are next level, really...

Jun Air 4000-40MD3. Twin motor, on-board desiccant dryer and cooler. 55dB noise level, 14.97cfm. These are usually used in labs, so I’ll be adding a more serious filter system for shop use.

    Tools from the old world

Very interesting, neat how they spend the time to detail each step of the process rather than just doing some sort of entertainment video. The plant is beautiful and has advanced machinery.

    Radial arm or table saw.

Omga makes a really nice RAS and because people are terrified of radial arm saws, they can often be had used for next to nothing. I have been using my rehabbed Graule. First cuts were in 6.5” x 4.5” hardwood.
