For one its not a fuel line, it is an evap line. They don't make a tool for it as far as I know. Get it turning then squeeze the tabs and pull.

The only problem I'm having with this is that those are not crimp connectors. Those look like factory connectors to me, you should be solder those.

The only time I see a large evap leak on an Impala is the vent valve. You can tap into the system in other places you don't have to use the schrader port.

Well up here in the rust belt, I always heat them with a torch and squelch them. I have never had to cut wires and they come out easy even with an open end wrench. My go to is a Mac 7/8".
