Are the new ratchet screwdrivers still made in USA? I have old and new ones and prefer the older ones generally because the snap on name is etched into the Handel.

Why do the older SO ratcheting screwdrivers have dents in the shank at the bottom where the bits go? Anyone notice that? I have several old and new and all the old ones have the same marks.

So if UPS won't do anything then a body shop can fix it??

I don't see how something that weighs 75lb dropped from 4ft wouldn't be damaged even if if was packed in rubber

I'm gonna put in a claim. But it ***** I really wanted that damn box lol. I just really have a feeling UPS isn't gonna do **** about it. I even have a pic of the box before it was shipped and you can see that corner is smooth

But alot of stuff I was reading online says UPS always uses the it wasn't packaged the right way. He even wrote Handel with care all over the box it was shipped in

I'm waiting to hear back from the guy to see if he insured it

Well I recieved a toolbox today I had purchased from eBay. It's a 6 draw snap on tool box ( top box). Well UPS damaged it. It looks like they dropped it right on the corner cause the back corner of the box where it meets the side of the box is almost folded. I was wondering what kind of shop...
