thanks! I did want to get a lot done before this weekend. now I can work in the space but still feel like it is mostly finished, just do final touches on things, and upgrades.

RaceDeck came in early. all installed except for the right side along the wall, which has to be trimmed about 3", and the trimming needed around the garage door frames. Love the look and ease of install with this product! next steps are more geartrack to hang bicycles, ladders, etc, and then...

Good point up there about the mower. Maybe I can devise a hidden shelter for it under the deck in back. No idea on the designer of our home, but we do really like it.

I have a storage room in the basement for the mower and such. Garage will just be home to the tools, cars, motorcycles, and probably bicycles unless it isn't too much of a hassle to keep them downstairs as well. Glad to be rid of the snowblower and sets of snow tires! I am in the north...

It is 22' wide and just short of 22' deep. A little wider and a bit less deep than my previous garage in Wisconsin, but that one had a floor that had sunk 2" in the middle and I didn't do much other than installing some gladiator cabinets (which are coming with me).

Closed on our new house yesterday. Garage has a lot of work required to get it up to where I want it. First up, filling in a LOT of holes in the walls, then painting. Flooring will be a major project as well. I'm leaning toward racedeck but still have a lot of questions about what happens...
